An EU client needed 1.5kW IP65 servo motors. We verified 2 suppliers’ key specs—torque ≥11.5N·m, ambient temp -20~60℃, and CE certification—and checked IP65 dust/water test logs. We quoted with EU customs docs, then adjusted when they needed faster delivery: we had suppliers expedite winding insulation checks, switched to express freight, and delivered compliant units. They rebooked later.
